6. Battery End Plates

The battery end plates should be installed onto the Wasp chassis first. The parts needed are the 2 endplates, 4 x M3x16 FH screws, 4 x 4mm spacers, 4 x 1mm spacers (*note some hardware kits may have 8 x 2mm spacers, use 2 x 2mm spacers instead of 1 x 4mm spacer)

7. End plate Installation

Insert the 4 x M3x16 FH screws into the bottom of the chassis. Add a 4mm and 1mm spacer to each screw, then add the end plate to the screws on each side, as shown. (*note some hardware kits may have 8 x 2mm spacers, use 2 x 2mm spacers instead of 1 x 4mm spacer)

8. Install 20 mm Standoffs

Install a 20mm standoff on each screw until slightly loose. Do not fully tighten down standoffs yet.

9. Top Plate

Install the top plate onto the standoffs using 4 x M3x8 FH screws.

10. Install Top Plate

Fully tighten down the 4 x M3x8 FH screws.

11. Upper Stay Mount Bar

19. Optional Configuration

Remove the 1 mm spacer and the 5mm standoff from the locking arms.

20. Optional Configuration

Put the 1mm spacer below the end plate, and move the 4mm spacer above it.
